Payment Policy

At VeggiesHome, we accept secure payments through UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), bank transfer, QR code scan, and cash on delivery (COD). For online payments, customers are requested to complete the transaction before delivery and share a payment screenshot on WhatsApp for confirmation. In case of COD, please keep exact change ready as our delivery staff may not carry cash. Orders will be confirmed only after payment verification. If an order is canceled after payment, refunds will be processed within 2–5 working days via the original payment method. Any suspicious or fraudulent activity may result in cancellation of the order and restriction from future services.
