Welcome to VeggiesHome! By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Order Timing:

Orders must be placed between 1:00 PM and 9:00 PM for next-day delivery.

Orders placed outside this window will be scheduled for the next available delivery day.

Delivery Areas:

Delivery is currently available only in Sarkhej Ujjala and selected nearby areas of Ahmedabad.

We reserve the right to update or limit our delivery zones at any time.

Delivery Timing:

Regular deliveries are made in the morning between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM.

In case of high order volume, additional deliveries may be done in the evening between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery during these hours.

Product Availability:

All vegetables are subject to availability. If any item is unavailable, it may be replaced with a similar product or refunded.

Minimum Order Value:

A minimum order value may apply. This will be communicated during the order process.

Pricing and Payment:

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Payments must be made using approved methods (UPI, Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer).

Cancellation Policy:

Orders can be canceled only before 9:00 PM on the same day they are placed.

VeggiesHome reserves the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances such as supply issues or bad weather.

Returns and Refunds:

Returns and refunds are managed according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Limitation of Liability:

VeggiesHome shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Modification of Terms:

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies your acceptance of the revised terms.
